Abstract submission is closed prior to January 1st, so please wait till then for submission. Earlier submissions will not be taken into account. Scholarships will be awarded by the end of March and there is no need to question whether you eligible for one. If you are a scientist at the start of his/her career you will be regarded for a scholarship. Just fill this out in your abstract form.
